Patty gave the thought and Pam discussed the following for business matters:
- The new museum will be open Friday's and Saturday's. We are needing people to "work" in 2 hours shifts. Please let Pam know if you're available to fill a shift.
- If you see Kory Richins- please tell him thank you for all of his work on the grounds.
- James Aldon Richins sent a nice letter thanking us for the program and dedication.
- 4th of July Re-cap:
- Pat won the quilt! It was quite fitting since she put so much work into putting it on. Thanks to everyone else that helped as well. Pam presented the quilt to her at this meeting, Congrats!!!
- Wendy said there were a lot of visitors in the museum from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. while the museum was open. They all had great things to say!
- Orlene gave a financial update that they made $1659 between the booth and donations from the open house. That is a significant increase from years passed. Yay!
- This year we will be forgoing the DUP Christmas party during the busy time of year and we will have a larger Thanksgiving get together.
Bonnie gave the history and Orlene taught the lesson. Tanah provided the treats.
Thanks to all who came, it was a great meeting!
